Third major art marathon BIG DRAW takes place at BHSAD
BHSAD once again hosted the BIG DRAW event that annually gathers students in order to create large-scale paintings. They perform the task by using of all their bodily capacities.
Students of Foundation Art & Design programme under supervision of Valentin Bojangiu and Fergus Channon were divided into teams not just to create paintings, but to make a true art performance on huge sheets of paper.
The thiird consecutive Big Draw art marathon is one of the most prominent activities at Foundation Art & Design programme that enables the students to explore the ‘physical painting’ technique. Participants make full use of their bodies, which gives them an opportunity to relax, feel the mobility of painting and attain larger scale of the image.
Big Draw is a day devoted to creativity, hard work and fun. Students remember Big Draw for decades as an experience that introduced them to alternative ways of studying art and design.
