The project “Soup” will be presented as part of a Parallel program
The exhibition will highlight the contemporary and divergent nature of the work produced at BHSAD, together with its relationship to the local and the international context.
The show forefronts an individual approach to making and a wide range of media; video, sculpture, painting, installation, performance, and sound works, typifying a broad understanding of contemporary fine art practice.
Soup is an exhibition born out of the physical and social space of Moscow and witnesses its past as well as forming strategies for the future.
"We are pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition Soup, a selected exhibition of twelve BHSAD Fine Art graduates from 2019, at the ZIL Cultural Centre, Moscow. The show highlights the many different approaches to making contemporary art that are practiced at BHSAD" — says the course leader Ian Charlesworth.
There will also be a screening of student video work, from all years, on the 16th December in the ZIL theatre space.
Everyone is welcome!
