A portfolio is the main tool for an architect to promote himself, and at the same time – a way to create one’s own creative identity, to formulate one’s own professional creed. What matters in a portfolio is not just the projects themselves, but its logical structure, graphic design and text – all that turns an architectural presentation from merely an album with pictures into a piece of art. For most major global architectural schools the quality of portfolio is the main criterion of a applicants’ assessment.
As part of the meeting you will have a unique opportunity to see the best works by MARCH students ‘in the original’, to demonstrate your own works and to take advice on preparing a portfolio from the practicing architects. Please bring your works in soft or hard copy.
