The 20th International Biennial of Art will take place in the Portugal city of Cerveira from August 10 to September 23. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the organizers invited more than 400 artists, and also art-focused educational institutions, 21 schools in total, including the British Higher School of Art and Design.

Students of Foundation Art & Design, Pre-Foundation Art & Design and Introduction to Art & Design programmes presented their work - there were more than 300 of them! - in the areas of fashion design, modern art, architecture and interior design, graphic design and illustration, industrial design.
The final exhibition of photography and painting took place at TSEKH space. The exposition featured collaborative projects jointly executed by students of the BHSAD, Contemporary Dance Center and Rodchenko Art School.
"Not Yet Already" exhibition of works done by the students of BA (Hons) Fine Art programme was included in the Special Projects section of the 6th Moscow International Biennale for Young Art. It is a part of Britanka Degree Show running at BHSAD from June 2-24. In June 9 - 30 another exhibition entitled “Contrast | Construct” will be held within the framework of the Biennale.
On June 2 -16, the annual Britanka Degree Show takes place at BHSAD. Graduates of the British BA programmes present their projects in the fields of Fashion, Fine Art, Illustration, Graphic Design, Photography, Interior Architecture & Design, and Product & Industrial Design.
Each week, the curators and tutors of the BHSAD will talk about design, fashion, art, marketing and business at RESPUBLICA* University on Vozdvizhenka Street, the site of the educational project established by the popular bookstore.
Students of BA (Hons) Graphic Design
presented two projects at Ground Zine Fest, a major festival of small publishing projects and music labels. The display took place at GROUND Khodynka and GROUND Peschanaya galleries.
Students of the BHSAD took interest in scientific visualization and drew inspiration from the labs of Moscow State University. Their interdisciplinary project resulted in a series of works that were prepared and presented by the students of BA (Hons) Illustration program.
Over 40 projects by BHSAD students and graduates will be presented at the annual Design Next
exhibition that opens at the Central House of Artist on April 10th.
