THE FINAL EXHIBITION OF PRE-DEGREE STUDENTS

Students of Foundation Art & Design, Pre-Foundation Art & Design and Introduction to Art & Design programmes presented their work - there were more than 300 of them! - in the areas of fashion design, modern art, architecture and interior design, graphic design and illustration, industrial design.

Pre-degree involves a range of programmes that precede the bachelor's degree in British system of education. Pre-degree programmes refine conceptual and creative thinking, teach the widest scope of artistic and design skills, and prepare students for BA programmes.

On June 16, the Open Day took place as part of the exhibition, allowing the participants not only to communicate with the teachers, but also to walk through the exhibition and meet the authors of the works.

The British Higher School of Art and Design expresses deep gratitude to the chief media partner of the exhibition, "Mel" – the modern media outlet that reports on the most important developments in the Russian and international education and upbringing in plain language.

We also thank Pinsa Maestrello, Italian fast food brought to Moscow by Julia Maestrello and Fabio Bressan, for the perfect mood at the opening of the exhibition. The guests of the opening ceremony had a chance to enjoy the pinsa - typical Roman version of pizza baked on sour-fermented dough made from a mixture of wheat, soy and rice flour.
