During the study students participate in various Russian and international exhibitions, productions and shows on external sites. Students not only create jobs, but are also involved in the whole process of preparing the event: from concept development to final sound design. Participation in exhibitions is a unique opportunity for students to demonstrate their work to an external audience.
The school closely cooperates with such venues as ISI Garage, Contemporary Art Center Winzavod, Museum of Moscow, Lumiere Brothers Photography Center, Gorky Park, Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin, Tsvetnoy Department Store and many others.
On the 27th of February at EXPOSED - Art Center a one day exhibition of 6 level BA (Hons) Photography took place. It gathered 12 different projects – 12 different perspectives and professional paths – that range from documentary, street, conceptual to fashion photography that also includes pieces mixed with video art installations.
"Since this group of students have very diverse interests, ranging from fashion to art photography, the main aim of the exhibition was to deal with the obvious difficulties of putting a quite heterogeneous group of works together, anticipating and then avoiding this kind of difficulties in their graduation show.
Besides the quality of the works exhibited it is also worth noting the fact that the students managed to find a quite good modern gallery to show their works, which is always interesting in terms of CV and of individual promotion", – BA (Hons) Photography programme leader Carlos Veiga de Nacimiento said.
Artists participated in the exhibition are: Alexandra Lazareva, Alexandra Kamneva, Anna Lobanova, Denis Gubanov, Francisco Jauregui, Ivan Tereshenko, Ksenia Morozova, Polina Khilkevich, Sebastian Jauregui, Valentina Chkoniya, Valeria Borovikova, Vladislava Velichko.
