Preferential rate
You pay only 3%, because out of the total loan rate (18.54% per annum), the state will pay 15.54% for you.

For any period of study
A loan can be taken to pay for any period of study. It can be one semester, a year, or the whole training.

Easy to pay
The entire period of study plus 9 months after graduation, you pay only interest on the loan — the rest can be returned within 15 years.

Can be repaid ahead of time
If you wish, you can repay the loan ahead of time without commission.

Documents for processing a loan application

An agreement on the provision of paid educational services signed by a representative of the educational institution. Bring the original or a certified copy with a seal and signature;

Passport with a permanent registration mark;

Certificate of temporary registration, if you do not live at the place of registration;

Receipt or invoice for tuition fees with the amount of tuition fees.

If you are under 18, also prepare:

Written consent of one of the parents or legal representatives (to conclude a loan agreement for a minor, to process his personal data, to receive information about a minor from a credit history bureau and transfer information about a minor to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation or the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation);

Birth certificate;

Also, your parent or legal representative must bring their passport to the bank's office.
